With Zulu® Enterprise, Azul Systems offers world-class support services for Zulu®, Azul’s certified version of OpenJDK™ that is open source and free to download. Azul’s customer support engineers have extensive Java experience and deep knowledge of the JDK/JVM, memory management, Java performance issues, and usage of production application visibility tools. From the first call, your team will be working with an experienced, knowledgeable Azul support engineer who knows Java inside and out and is dedicated to the success of your deployment. Our customers know the value of having Azul Support in their corner, and over the past 10 years have demonstrated their appreciation with a 97% support renewal rate.

Zulu® Enterprise Support Pricing

Zulu® Enterprise Support is priced on a subscription basis per server. With per-server pricing, you don’t need to worry about core counts, memory size, or number of instances deployed per server. The annualized subscription price for Zulu® Enterprise Premium Support per physical server ranges from $33 to $340. Enterprise-wide pricing is also available. Your Azul Sales representative will provide pricing that matches your specific requirements and help you maximize the value of your Zulu® subscription. Note: If you’d like to embed Zulu®, ISV and OEM pricing and programs are available. Please contact Azul’s Business Development team at partners@azul.com for details and to discuss your requirements.
