Manage a global team of Lead Development Representatives including hiring, coaching and over-achieving against qualified meeting and opportunity goals.
Coach team to be proficient at discovery, including Customer’s information technology environment, organization. (technology, operations, marketing, line of business), current issues (SLAs being missed?), and planned initiatives.
Prioritizing LDR time and outbound vs inbound efforts.
Strategizing and participating in target account prospecting.
Tracking activity and managing team to exceed goals.
Working closely with marketing on messaging.
At least a combined 3 years managing and lead/sales development experience.
Significant experience in B2B telephone lead generation with experience in IT Software Solutions sales a definite plus.
Experience within financial services, e-commerce, retail, and telecommunications industries a plus.
The ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
High energy, results-oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player that can think ‘out of the box’
Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
Must be able to keep excellent call records.
Must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and have a very stable work history.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.com, DiscoverOrg, Linkedin, Salesloft or Outreach.io
