We are seeking a full-time Sales Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
Responsible for the recording of day to day revenue transactions.
Review customer sales orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure proper revenue recognition.
Forecast subscription renewals.
Validate and analyze a large volume of data.
Monthly performance metrics reporting (ARR).
Monthly revenue close.
Calculate and record Sales Commissions.
Support the Sales team in subscription renewals and analysis.
Ad Hoc Projects.
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Solid General Ledger Skills. Will be preparing Journal Entries and account reconciliations.
Strong Proficiency in Excel.
Working knowledge of SalesForce and ERP Systems (Expandable) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a SAAS company preferred.
High level of discretion. The Analyst will be working with sensitive information.
Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
Team Player willing to get their hands dirty to assist junior staff during peak periods.
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred.
