VP Sales, Americas

Overview

You will be reporting to our EVP, Global Field Operations

  • Team:  Hire, train, and coach a sales team to maximize new customer and add on sales in the Americas region.
  • Results: Exceed quarterly targets for new opportunity creation, new customer acquisition and new and upsell bookings, while maintaining a better than 95% renewal rate.
  • Sales Forecasting: Work closely with EVP of Sales to analyze trends and deliver accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist EVP of Sales with strategy and future goals.


Requirements

  • Communication: Communicate articulately and often, in both written and verbal form, both internally and with prospects and customers.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of software sales leadership experience. Infrastructure software sales experience preferred.
  • Motivation: Maintain positive team morale through motivation and rewards.
  • Multitasking: Able to thrive in the culture of a small, fast-growing company.
