Whether you’re a VP at a large enterprise, or a performance engineer heads down in the intricacies of Java performance, organizations are facing increased scrutiny on infrastructure spend and how they are enabling employee productivity.  When your board asks you to cut cloud costs and identify efficiency improvements, what do you do? The potential cloud and on-prem infrastructure savings of choosing the right Java platform may be an overlooked opportunity. We hear from our customers every day that Azul Prime is helping them save, but to prove it we turned to the experts at Forrester Consulting.

Now, those experts are sharing what they’ve learned, and their methodology in quantifying those benefits, in an upcoming webinar.

In this webinar, Forrester’s VP, Research Director Lauren Nelson sits down with Azul’s VP of Product Marketing, Vikram Rana to demonstrate how FinOps teams are taking on new responsibilities across the software development lifecycle. In particular, Java optimization techniques are now playing a key role in reducing expenses.

Then, TEI Consultant Lori Heckmann will show how choosing a high-performance Java platform helped six organizations reduce cloud and data center costs while improving performance engineers’ productivity.  Based on interviews with leaders at six organizations, Forrester Consulting calculated that a composite organization achieves a 129% ROI with Azul Prime, Azul’s high-performance Java platform.

Real companies, real deployments, real results — for any executive or leader in charge of cloud infrastructure needing to rein in cloud costs, this is can’t-miss information.

Get a Sneak Peek at the Details

Forrester compiled a profile of a composite organization for a new Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) of Azul Prime study based on interviews with these six executives:

Using established methodology and modeling, Forrester computed the savings of this composite company to quantify the ROI of Azul Prime. The composite company began migrating applications to Azul Prime in Year 1, following a three-month proof of concept (POC). In the first phase of the migration in Year 1, 40% of applications were migrated to Prime. This scaled to 70% of applications migrated in Year 2 and 100% in Year 3.

What Were the Results?

The composite organization realized $10.2 million in risk-adjusted benefits over three years compared with $4.4 million in costs, resulting in a 129% return on investment (ROI), with a payback period of less than six months.
