Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over. To enter the prize draw, you must complete the survey and submit your email address. Employees, directors, officers or agents of Azul or their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, children and their spouses and household members), or anyone else connected with the prize draw are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
Only one entry per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Persons who have completed all the questions of the survey before 6:30pm CT on June 15, 2023 will be entered into the prize draw. This sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules (the “Official Rules” or “Rules”), and by entering, entrant agrees to be bound by them.
Official Prize:
One first prize for this prize draw is a MacBook Pro with a value around $3,500 USD. Two second prizes are Apple AirPod Pros with a value around $250 each. Azul will cover the cost of mailing this prize to your designated.
Winner Selection:
One winner will be chosen from a random draw of all entries validly received in accordance with the terms and conditions hereunder. The draw will take place on June 29, 2023. The winner selection will be made after all the participants’ names are put together and selected randomly. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days after the prize draw is held.
Verification of Winner:
Once notified by Azul, a winner shall respond with the information required from Azul for verification within 14 days. If a winner does not respond to Azul within 14 days from the notice date, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Azul shall select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Azul may select another winner.
Release:
By participating, including the receipt of any prize, the participant and/or the winner agrees, to the full extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Azul and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes, acceptance, or fulfilment of the prize draw or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. The participation in this prize draw promotion, or any communication related with or ancillary to it does not obligate you to pay or entitle you to receive any remuneration.

By entering this prize draw, you consent to us to send you information by email and/or telephone about Azul products and/or services.
Azul shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to us in accordance with our privacy policy as well as applicable data protection legislation.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for the prize draw promotion management and the communication to you to advertise Azul’s business information we think may interest you. You further confirm that your information may be retained and used by Azul (or Azul’s’ agents) as either may wish, for so long as either (or Azul’sagents) may choose, and that such shall not constitute retention of personal information for longer than is necessary. You will be able to unsubscribe on every email that we send. Azul and its agents shall comply with all privacy applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability:
Azul accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment of any knd incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or receipt, fulfillment, use, or misuse of the prize. Azul is not responsible for entries that are mislaid, misplaced, lost, delayed or damaged nor for entries whose data integrity is or becomes impaired for any reason. Azul reserves the right to amend, postpone or, cancel the promotion and prize draw without notice at its sole discretion and shall not be liable to any person for any consideration expended by them, or, for damages, or loss (howsoever arising) incurred by them as a direct or indirect consequence of such amendment, postponement or cancellation.
Disputes:
This prize draw and these Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules, and any and all questions or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal courts in the Santa Clara County, California, USA.
General:
Azul reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify these terms and conditions with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. Azul’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence is required to be entered into.
